We filled up the pool today...it got to 90 degrees this afternoon! Kelly was THRILLED!

This was a few days ago, but check out one of his first smiles! :)
Ryan is still sleeping really well, and he finally moved to his crib! I was just too chicken to move him since he was sleeping well in the swing, but he has made the transition just fine. I typically feed him between 10-11 and he will sleep until 5 or 5:30. Sometimes I have to get up and give him his paci before then, but he goes right back to sleep, and so do I!
