A Fun Filled Saturday!

Kelly has had a great weekend so far. Her great-grandmother, Mimi, (Scott's grandmother) came for a visit from Indiana. Kelly instantly became Mimi's little sweetie and they had a great time playing and reading yesterday at Mia and Dude's house and then again today at our house. Kelly was excited to show Mimi our new house (she hasn't been to visit since we moved last year) including her bedroom, her potty, "Mommy's potty" :) , and the backyard. This summer Kelly, Mommy, Mia and Aunt LoLo are going to Indiana to visit Mimi at her house...it will be Kelly's first airplane ride...yeah! :)

Kelly and Mimi reading books...we tried so hard to get a good picture of the two of them, but Kelly just wouldn't look at the camera...so we settled for action shots. She kept getting books and taking them to Mimi to read...notice the Cinderella nightgown....we saved it so Mimi could see her in her gown, and yes, she twirled for her! :)

Before Mia and Mimi came over today Kelly helped Daddy do some work in the flower beds...she was so proud of herself to be helping Daddy. She cried and cried when we had to go in for her nap! I think we are going to buy some flowers tomorrow and let her help us plant them.
