Kelly and Charlie

My roommate from college, Amanda, came into town with her little girl Charlotte ("Charlie") and stayed with us for a few days. We had so much fun! Charlie just turned 5 months old and Kelly wanted to hold the "baby" this morning...unfortunately this was the only time we thought to get out the camera! Our other friend from college, Emily, spent most of the weekend with us too, with her little girl Kate. I'm so bummed that we didn't get pictures of all three girls together! Oh well, maybe next time!

I'm such a pro...I can hold a baby AND suck my thumb! :)

Oh, Scott update...for those of you who don't know, Scott broke his toe (the one next to his pinky on his right foot) last week and completely broke it off at the base. He had to have surgery to have a pin put in and will be on crutches for 3-4 weeks! Keep your fingers crossed that it is shorter rather than longer...he's already getting frustrated about not being able to do anything and I am completley overwhelmed with the thought of having to drive him to and from work, etc. We'll survive, we're just ready for him to have two healthy feet! (No, this isn't the same one he had ankle surgery on in December...that was his left foot and now he's having to put ALL his weight on the bad ankle! Luckily, that one is healing really nicely and he's not having any trouble so far!)
